Sand Road Sugar Camp is open to all visitors throughout the sugaring season. Our wood fired evaporation process echoes the age-old production of pure maple syrup, and in addition to actually viewing the process, you get to taste the results first hand!

Like the large sugar bushes of yesteryear, Sand Road features a large log building that houses our dining hall and gift shop. You will want to try for yourself the traditional lumberjack camp meals prepared by our full service kitchen. You can burn off those calories by taking a walk among the maples on our nature trails, or hopping on the sleigh for a fun-filled sleigh ride.
