Good food is the order of the day at Sand Road Sugar Camp - it's family tradition !
During the maple syrup season, the menu consists of traditional 'Canadian Sugar Camp' fare.
This includes:
- Pancakes -made from scratch
- Sausage -drizzled with maple syrup
- Pork Jowls (oreilles de crisse )- a favorite French Canadian specialty, which is
usually only served in Quebec sugar camps
- Home fries -with our secret spices
- Omelettes -light & fluffy
- Maple glazed ham
- Maple baked beans
You can have all of the above in our 'all you can eat buffet'.

$4.00 tax incl..
Our desert specialty is our maple syrup tarts (sinful but heavenly).
Pick up a box of tarts for $ 9.00, or 1.25 a tart
for a small treat
Also available are goodies to take home with you: pure maple syrup , maple butter, maple taffy,
maple candy, maple vinegar as well as baked goods made with pure maple syrup.
During the rest of the year we have an extensive banquet menu to choose from.
